official VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits for Regular Players
The official VIP program is divided into three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each week you receive cashback based on your net losses. The more active you are, the higher the tier you reach and the greater the benefits you enjoy.
Three VIP Tiers — Start Your Journey Today
The official VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — the higher you go, the higher the cashback rate. Details of each tier are given below.
Bronze
New members generally start at this tier. Playing regularly creates the opportunity to move up to the next tier quite quickly.
Silver
This tier is for active players. The weekly cashback rate is notably higher and priority access to special offers is available.
Gold
official's most dedicated players reach the Gold tier. The highest cashback rate and the best VIP experience are found here.
How weekly cashback works
Weekly cashback is based on your net loss for the week — the difference between your total losses and your total winnings. A fixed percentage is returned as cashback on that net loss, according to your tier.
For example, if you are on the Silver tier and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. This is the maximum amount for that tier.
Cashback is calculated automatically each week and credited to your account. The amount can be used to play any game.
Cashback Example — Silver Member
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| VIP Tier | Silver |
| Weekly Net Loss | ৳20,000 |
| Cashback Rate | 0.7% |
| Cashback Received | ৳140 |
* ৳140 is the maximum cashback for the Silver tier. For the same net loss on the Gold tier, cashback will be calculated at 1.0%.
How to Move to a Higher Tier
There is no single fixed number requirement to move up in the official VIP program. Playing games regularly and staying active on the site is what matters. The longer you keep playing regularly, the more your account activity grows and the greater the opportunity to move to a higher tier.
Bronze to Silver and Silver to Gold — each tier change is based on your overall account activity, which the official system monitors automatically. Alongside cashback, regular participation in official's slots section shows your activity.
Benefits VIP Members Receive
The official VIP program and all services on the site are only for persons aged 21 or older.
Weekly Automatic Cashback
Each week, cashback on net losses is credited to your account automatically. There is no need to claim it separately.
Priority Access to Special Promotions
VIP members receive new offers and promotions earlier. There is also greater opportunity to take part in official's special events.
Priority Support
24/7 support is available via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. VIP members' requests are processed faster.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The experience is even smoother for VIP members.
Greater Benefits at Higher Tiers
On reaching the Gold tier, there are more VIP offers in addition to cashback. Every active week spent playing games on official casino counts toward your VIP journey.
Play Responsibly — Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
VIP cashback is a reward — recognition of your regular gaming habit. But it should never be a reason to play more. It is not wise to play beyond your budget in the hope of earning cashback.
official always believes that gaming is for enjoyment — not as a guaranteed way to make money. Receiving weekly cashback does not mean that losing more in that week has been worthwhile. Even if the cashback amount increases when net losses are higher, the total loss is always far greater than the cashback.
